In spite of the first home buyer, I have been feeling in a seat of a luxury sedan in the journey of home buying. The road is shorter when two people walk it. She was not just a realtor but became a wonderful friend giving me a hand in the journey. She always showed very swift reply to my concern about sales contract and closing. Although there was unexpected issues in the process of my loan approval, I was not getting nervous a lot. She often reached out to the lender to check how it is going in the process and let us know the situation. She did a great job to make us comfortable in this new experience. We only took a tour for 4 houses in 3 days. Roe exactly understood which house we wanted and arranged appointments at our convenience. the normal sales season, and in spite of working with non-motivated sellers who showed no flexibilty on

After signing a contract to build a new house - in which we had to go in with a contingent offer - we knew we had to get to work to list our property and get it sold quickly.
